  The campsite and staff are nice, the environment is less than acceptable. There are trains every hour through the day. Every... Hour... The pit toilets are full of flies. Not a few, but when you open the lid, thousands fly out. The firewood stacks are small for $7 and sometimes the wood is rotten. I killed dozens of flies, no joke, per hour because of the proximity to the bathroom, I stayed in campsite #6. The trains run all night, it's awful. Every hour. I will not be back, but the staff are great.

  We stayed in this campground for Canada Day. It was a little noisy, but that's to be expected on a long weekend :) . The outhouses aren't lit, so remember your headlamp unless you're okay going to the bathroom in the dark at night. The area is really nice and the campsite is well maintained. Great for tenting!!!
